Planned launch pricing for the monitored subscription (Watch A$199/mo, Professional A$249/mo, Firm A$399/mo) applies only once the service goes live. Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply throughout.

Cancellation: cancel any time. No further billing after cancellation.
Refund: full refund within 7 days of your first brief if the briefs don't match your alert rules. Email fairformco@gmail.com; we refund, no arguments. No change-of-mind refunds. ACL guarantees apply.
Australian Consumer Law: Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
No accuracy warranty: DA data is compiled from public sources; we don't scrape council sites and don't warrant live-data accuracy. Always confirm with the consent authority before acting.
Not advice: briefs are general information. They are not planning or legal advice.
White-label briefs are experimental and offered to pilot firms first; terms for that format are agreed in writing before use.
Limitation: to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on this information.
